The Flywheel for Flagship Events

By definition a flagship event is a major, high-profile gathering that serves as a signature for brands, organizations or causes. They are the central anchor point for an ecosystem of content organized everything a community cares about in their niche. They’re big investments and require a not-so-small army to stage and strike them for the short windows in which they are live. I grew up in this world. From the IBM Think conferences where I spent years hanging out with Watson and the Cognitive College in the decade before generative AI became mainstream content, to being a pioneer in empathy marketing for brands at big industry events like the American Heart Association (AHA) Annual Meeting.
